That is exactly what I have been thinking. If that is the case, this is a great price.

I think I write this every time people start saying 'Ooooh, I bet it is Mac-1", but I'll say it again.

Almost anyone is capable of doing the right side strip slot, even a previous owner. PPS did them before they switched to the left side as well. Those pump handles were widely available at one time and are on many markers that are certainly not done by Mac-1. Lots of people were modding Sheridans back in the day, and I have even seen rebarreled Sheridans that look like Annihilators, but are not (and I'm not talking about the Stan Russel Customs).

Sorry for the ramble, but it bothers me that so much gets attributed to Mac-1 when there are other posibilities and the evidence is inconclusive. But, it very well could have been worked on by Mac-1 as well, and does look somewhat like their work. It looks very nice and I'm sure it will be a great shooter.

Mac-1 was also upgrading PMI-1s (or was that PMI-2s? I lost that email from Tim in a PC crash). They kept the original barrel, changed the feedneck to one of their own at a steeper angle, and sometimes added the quick strip, sight rail, and pump handle.

I don't believe they were doing any valve or barrel work to them.

I believe they were called Avengers........

Is that a 12-gram changer in the front, or is it only back-bottle?
