I haven't played with this gun in almost 8 years. In her day she was the best that there was, I think she has the lightest trigger pull possible on a sheridan frame. As far as I know the trigger shoe is a one-off piece from Craig, it slants to the right to fit in your fingers better. It's valve and trigger are the most aggressively tuned I've run across. I've never seen anything else like it. That being said, in light that and the amount of time it has been unused I can only recommend that you have Craig rebuild it. Most of the other work done on it like triple spiral porting is now common on high end Palmers but was pretty new back in the day. The first Classics were the dawn of the modern Palmer. The cap on the ram body fell off at some point and there are some scratches on the RVA as seen in the 3rd picture. Asking $525, not really looking for trades except maybe for K rifles or truly unique pumps. Prices included insured shipping and can be paid in US or Canadian dollars. Money Orders and Checks preferred but I can do Paypal. If you happen to live in Washington or British Colombia you can pm me about possibly arranging pick up at a discounted rate. It's come to my attention that some of you are looking for typhoons to convert to hurricanes. With all due respect, please look elsewhere. I would hate to see this example of the pinnacle of mechanical trigger work discarded just cause she has a pretty body. Nobody wants to be loved just for their body. Update: Gassed her up using a 12 gram. Cycles, fires and definitely leaks down the barrel. You will need a new cup seal but nothing has seized up or rotted away into nothingness.
