Near Mint KP-2 For Sale

UPDATE: Sorry all, but based on multiple recommendations it's going on ebay with no reserve. I'm really strapped for cash

Hi everyone,

Just in time for the economic stimulus checks...I'm buying a house and have to sell my baby

See it here.

I was going to post this on ebay, but I thought I would give you a shot at it first. I've lurked for a while in these forums, and I haven't seen better.

I bought this beauty off a friend out west in 1995. It was in great shape (and he said all original), but I did refinish the stock. As you can see in the photos, the gun is in pristine condition and has been stripped, cleaned, and oiled regularly.

It is the first and the most accurate gun I have owned. Check the photo of the barrel interior...on a tip from a friend I kept it waxed with carnuba wax, and it is smoother than the day it was made. The exterior gun blacking is all original.

The o-ring on the valve has given out, but is a breeze to fix with a Sheridan valve tool (sorry, I don't have one). Aside from that I have not seen better.

I'll include the butt-stock CO2 cartridge holder and mask shown if you want them.

I am asking $525.00 (or best offer) + shipping. PayPal only, please.

Am I overpricing this?

I was estimating value based on the onsite blue book...I didn't know such pristine, untouched, virgin guns existed.

First off, Welcome to MCB.

I recommend you ebay it with a 600 BIN and an optional reserve that is not like $550+ and see what the market says. (or better yet no reserve, don't be afraid!)

Yes a few people have NIB examples here.
Lurkers don't see the real nice stuff even get posted.
