Psycho Ballistics Aradus. I got lucky to test one when they were first being made to give them some feedback. Basically the barrel had an adjustable internal sleeve that you could make smaller or larger based on paint size. Surprisingly it shot pretty good, actually. I thought it'd have odd flight patterns but was accurate, tested it on a Tippmann A5 back when they were new (as that was one of P.B. main demographics, Tippmann users). Downside I saw was down the road it getting dirty and causing mechanical problems, plus the whole issue of being able to adjust bore size on the fly means people could theoretically chrono with large bore setting and then on field crank it down to small. Increasing their velocity. So they took that advice and made a little lock collar for the adjuster.

I remember those. They were based on the Splatmaster Rapide's chamber.

A man named Gatling invented that a few years back.

You think this twisty hopper is awkward, I actually have the bigger version of the twisty hopper (If I can find it in my stuff). It used 15 round 'chambers' vs. the 10 round ones in this auction. It's so tall and big it's kind of shocking. I never saw anyone use it on a gun though, it's just soooooooo big!
