Adventure Game Supplies 1989 'BLOODSUCKER' PUMP

AGS 'BLOODSUCKER' PUMP 1989
rare AGS 'BLOODSUCKER' PUMP PAINTBALL GUN, works great - eBay (item 360365508323 end time May-15-11 19:00:47 PDT)

It's mine. Works great! There were two versions, this one and the Bloodsucker II, which had a removable barrel.

Wow, that's a nice looking piece. Makes me want an eBay account.

Yeah, Bloodsuckers were pretty cool when they came out. AGS was trying to get a high quality, high feature, bore drop, Nelson based pump at around $100.00. Up to that point there were some really good pumps out there, but they were pricey (at the time). Also there were tons of Nelson barrel kits out there that everyone was upgrading the crap out of. So AGS came up with this gun. The really cheap pump came when Kingman came out with thier Hammer (quality never being a big issue with Kingman. But at least it got lots of people playing).

I have one of these, they're really cool. I only bust it out once in a while though.

I miss AGS. I know they resurfaced as a new name a while back, something "American Paintball" something like that. They still had me on their mailing list of customers.

These were great pumps. Gun (I think Blood Sucker II)could actually pump it's self it was so well machined.

Later,

Nostalgia warning: first pump player I ever played against was a ref who felt bad for me and my friend when we showed up on a day nobody else did. He played against us (I was probably 14) with the house Bloodsucker wall hanger. It was a massive, stick fed, 12 gram, TASO-silenced monster, and that's why I snatched one up on here a few years ago when it came up for sale. It's in my pile of "never-sell" guns!

I only wish the bore was not so huge...I get a few roll outs.

Boone, a few dabs of nail polish where the ball sits while chambered will stop rollouts. It's easily removed if you ever feel so inclined.

Haha! I put a bid on it! It looks way cool. I also have a spartan that I won off of ebay. Nostalgia in a major way!
