10 Sheridan lead rings

A lot of 10 lead valve seat rings. Look new (used ones tend to deform into ovals).

eBay: Benjamin Air Rifle or Sheridan Air Rifle Lead Seals (item 320124664886 end time Jun-14-07 19:15:53 PDT)

I would have bought it but I...well you know ...

cheers;
III

Interesting.. but really unneccesry. You would be hard pressed to find a serviced paintball gun that has them.

Ok, so they aren't the most important part...but they are still a part. Might be a good buy for a purist.

I still use them...only because I'm too lazy to buy rubber seals and have a bunch of these.

You can use them instead of rubber seals?

Lead "seals" are use less for paintball guns they were Sheridans early attempt at a thread locker in the 50's. These have some use for the air gunners with highly tuned valves the lead seal at upper levels of pumps (10-16) help curb some of the bleed off/ blow by. We are talking blue streaks/ sliver streaks approaching 1000 fps occasional use not constant use at this level. With heavy use at these tunes barrels separate, pump arms fatigue and collapse and valves leak and strip out.
