It appears to be your garden variety nelson based pump from the late 80's to early 90's. Basic quick change and bba. Cannot tell from the pics if it's a single or dual arm pump. I'm guessing it's a breech drop, but it could be a bore drop. Taso, previously AGS, had a few nelson variants, as well as others back in the day.

Jackal on the site rail may have been a custom personal name, as opposed to the type of pump. I'm just guessing on that one though.

How complete is the bluebook? Is it surprising to find uncatalogued nelsons?

Well, I haven't been to the blue book lately, but it covers the more popular and collectible models in general. It is not surprising to find uncatalogued nelsons as they were quite ubiquitous at a point in time when it was just nelsons and sheridans.

None of the components on that "Jackal" pump suggest it was made by Carter, Colin Thompson(LAPCO), Termite, or one of the top custom nelsons back then.

It looks more like an "in house" model from a major paintball retailer of the era. Taso, ags, national paintball supply, etc. It seems to have general components. Could be a Line SI bushmaster type clone, which was a bore drop with removable barrel. Most nelsons back then had fixed barrels and were breech drop.

If you look up Jackals in paintball, you will come across 2 very distinctive types of markers, one being autococker based and the other european. This doesn't appear to be either.

I've got one of those, its a Taso, mines nice but it came with loads of after market parts from a line SI I think so I can't comment on how nice this one would be. Just a common or garden bore drop nelson varient, dual arm.
