Gun ID, need some help please

This is a gun my Wife has had for years. Ive looked on Vintagerex.com to see if I could ID it, but I couldnt find a picture that matched. Printed above the handle is "68 Cal P-Series" but it doesnt look to me to be a P-68 AT, or a P-68 SC. I dont believe there have been any mods done to the gun. Any help you all could give me would be appreciated, let me know if you need more info. There is some more text on the gun, Ill post it if necessary. Heres a couple pics:

Thanks in advance =)

Umm, sorry B, unless you know of a place where they sell it in bucketfuls, they're not as plentiful as PGPs IMHO. I've seen about one SB for every 20 or so PGPs for sale.

If it has the adjustable velocity bolt in it, I would say $75-80 easily, otherwise around $60-70.

Sure, if you count the 2k1 models... (but you shouldn't)

I'd say SBs and LBs are about as common as classic PGPs, the difference being that people tend to snatch up Pirhana ShortBarrels and LongBarrels as PPS fodder, and I see more PGPs in their original (albeit polished) form.

*edit: Hey Unxpekted, What's up with the euro-frame grip panels? Don't they extend a centimeter or so beyond the grip? I'd look through some parts sales here on MCB and try to get some real Pirhana/Sheridan ones that fit... Wood, Plastic, and Rubber are availible, and you can get them from PPS as well.

Excluding the 2k1 models, it's still more PGPs then SBs, for the reason you stated, most hold onto them for PPS fodder.

you do see quite a few SB's but considering the fact that these were made well after PGP's (and they were still making PGP's along with SB's) i'd say that they aren't AS plentiful as PGP's but they're plentiful.

The grips look like old AGD panels to me. But then, I thought it was a P68 at first :S Guess I need to spend more time in vintagerex

What's the price for it at now, out of curiousity ?
