Really neat looking but that line hanging over the top is just asking to get caught on something.

I can see it now...
"Hey guys cover me I am gonna run up"
"Ok go!"
Seconds later he walks back and his buddy ask "What happened"
His reply: "My damn gun got hooked on a tree branch again"

The 12g changer is held on with a scope ring, so why not just put it on the right side?

some hard line and a few minutes work could fix that.

Or just run the line under the marker instead of over. Not nearly as spiffy as hardline, but it's a 30 second fix and it's cheap.

The first one would (IMHO) be perfect if it had a minimag body and a left-port valve. I like it. It's creative. I think the second would be difficult to use unless you were left-handed. But, I like it for the same reasons. It's a shame they quit building the Sydarm, but it gives those who want a mag pistol the encouragement they need to figure one out.
