Has the sheridan style wood grips... top of grip frame looks a little "tall" but could sheridan too. It's definately not the standard cocker frame that they went to with the bottom set up for a bl.

No. Beaver tails were put into effect from people "spiking" the cocking rod, more so in the cocker years. With a pump you are two handing it anyway so we never really though of doing it. Total waste if you ask me. The spiking did nothing but make the marker very inconsistent and was hard to aim as you whacked the backend as hard as you could. The practical side of it was that you now have something to keep the back block from putting a nasty nick in your goggle lens if you snugged a little too close to that moving block.
