Howdy quackers. I came across this thread and it got me thinking (always dangerous, I know)... what parts are you guys interested in that the factory isn't making? Parts I can think of: - spare main bolt (new cocking pin hole & tip tapered to match breech) - BBA valve (requires a slightly modified 007-style/pre-1990 LineSI Nelson valve) - beveled sear tripper pin and appropriate, longer pre-load screw to take up slack None of these require modifying the Redux. The sear tripper is a replaceable part. If Redux owners want any of these items, I could be persuaded to source some and modify them. I think mOngo's busy enough he wouldn't mind me doing this but I won't if he plans on offering them. Last edited by CJOttawa; 03-16-2010 at 09:08 PM. |

I need a snub/barrel with inserts, slide, slam changer grip frame, slide/bolt retainer, bolt, sear return spring, valve assy, HiViz night sights, and an extended slide handle like "Dave Loo's".....

I could source some more of these valves and modify them. I haven't made a dummy cap for the grip; I'll see what I can find but it would likely be a plastic plug from Home Depot. Machining something will be spendy. Last edited by CJOttawa; 03-16-2010 at 09:04 PM. | |
