If you're creating a Duckslide Phantom, you may as well put a regular offset Phantom body back on and use a Freak-bored Phantom barrel.

There's no advantage to using a high-zoot, autococker-threaded custom body, unless you already have a Freak-compatible autococker barrel that's shooting really well.

It's a long story about a trip down a winding and rocky road looking for the pistol marker that "fits" me the best.

When I started this project I couldn't understand why people wanted Duckslides and couldn't ever picture getting one, I have gone through 2 CCI Phantoms myriad of other pump guns and this is my second Roundhead. Now I am thinking that the offset Duckslide with the 10" SS J&J on my Roundhead with a 90 degree dropout valve may be what I am looking for.

The Phantom currently is using a 007 pump handle and a Freak barrel and it's "oh so close"; just a little nose light, lacks iron sights and is ugly as sin.

Or it just may be another useless expenditure of money on a project that I will buy for high and sell for low.....

Don't worry skx, if you're ever in the market to sell that thing for low with a Duckslide on it, I'll snap it up for ya.

You could get an offset SC Phantom body with the detent mod instead.

I can't wait to see the new Factory Redux 10 round tubes they are gonna be sick. As for the slides I do know there will be about 80 total but only a percentage of that will be offset feed.

I'm really debating picking one of these up... I'll be in college and money will be tight-ish, but OFFSET DUCKSLIDE and I already have the RTR trigger frame.
