I seem to remember this team Redux being asked back when they started posting up as Team Redux if they were of any relation to the Redux and Mongo and the like...and if I remember correctly...I seem to recall them not knowing what a Redux was in regards to the marker. Think they went on to explain the name[As their Team Redux] was a mix of two words or teams or something.
Also...I seem to recall them looking to make a move into D3/D4 Semi.
Kind of suprised it took this long for y'all to notice them! Though...given they tend to reside in the PBN-iverse...I suppose I can understand.

Well, from my end of it, we fairly offered to allow them to continue use of the statement with proper credit, after the fact. When they balked at that, well I'm sorry but that is my work and I do have a right to say who may or may not use it. Quite a few people have at times attempted to co-opt things this team has created for their own gain. What a lot of people don't understand is the The Delta Paintball Team is a business venture for Delta Paintball , Inc. and we are a for profit company. We have worked long and hard to establish a brand identity, and media presence. This little bug-a-boo is proof positive that what we are doing is been seen. The funny thing about copyrights and trademarks are that it is up to you the copyright holder to enforce your rights. The DMCA is a tool that helps us and all copyright holders maintain their property. I do not like having to use it but will if forced to it. About a year ago we had another team completely copy our team logo artwork and begin using it to promote their team and website. We asked them to stop, as they were trading on our work and using our identity to promote themselves. They told us to pound sand. We had their site and facebook shutdown. It sucks to have to do that, but we are a business after all.

I tried to inform them about the Redux (both gun and team) I even told them about the original Duck back when they were forming their team. I guess they thought it was no big deal and went ahead with it. They seem like a good group of guys but yeah, it sucks they went ahead and took the same name. The only reason I looked into it was because they were having tryouts and I thought "how awesome! here's my chance to play with Mongo and DSA"
You can imagine how disappointed I was when I found out it wasn't them
