So will VKC make more of these on a regular basis?

VKC "Ducks"

We will sell the remainder of the original Reduxes- then start [B]finishing[B] the VKC Ducks and selling them- The reason for the changes to the Redux? well, a handful of players made the Redux as it was very popular in SoCal-- in talking to players on MCB I wanted to try and address their issues with the gun- and we have. We took it a step further, and re-did the cnc programs, to make it easier to de-burr and finish the VKC Duck ( leave lighter and fewer mill and machine marks) It now takes 1/2 as long to get the Redux ready for anodizing! The original Redux feed, underlug front pump extention, internals etc was Ricks first attempt at making a paintball marker... The new VKC Duck has many features that I myself had pestered Rick about for 4 years..... He finally made the time to get the improvements done. This is because I explained to him that a high end marker NEEDED to be user friendly- for ALL users.. including those new to pump. When he saw me making a prototype gun- with improvements, earlier this year- on manual equipment, he naturally stepped in to give me shortcuts and advice- and valuable resources from the shop--this led to the NEW VKC Duck- there are a couple of these left BTW for sale.

So I know that it is hard to get you while your online, but is there a chance I could get a spare bolt for my older gen dux? I have been noticing my original is showing wear and eventually will need to be replaced, and since it has a different front angle and a repositioned hole for the slide latch you could maybe make this happen? . . . .

Sweet, I was totally in the dark on this until now.

Mongo, interested in getting an un-annodized one for some custom colour. Can you PM me if that's possible?

I talked to Steve. I'm getting one

Also unrelated, I was perusing the DD68 website and thought it funny that DSA and Mongo are standing in front of Jolly Green, my team's supply tank, in the D-Day picture

I arrived in Mountain View yesterday and my VKC Duck was waiting for me! I took it out to play today and it was amazing!

There was one quirk I noticed which was killing my efficiency. If you pump the slide too far back the hammer depresses the valve, venting air. Any ideas?
