I am a founder in mw tactics and used to play battletech religiously, but I just can't get into tactics.

MW Tactics is more like the tabletop game.

There is also MW Online which is more like the FPS styled shooter.

I spent much of High School playing many varied Roleplaying games (D&D, AD&D, Rolemaster, Spacemaster, Stormbringer, Star Wars, Shadowrun, maybe some others) but haven't played a roleplaying game not on a PC in many many years.

I have been itching to try brikwars ever since my son (recently) took an interest in his legos. I think I might wait until he is a bit older though. perhaps I should start collecting lego guys though.

Be careful with this one, it can cost you lots of money very quickly - BrickLink. When I caught the MF0 bug, I thought I'd just expand my bits collection a little bit, and a week later on BL, I'd ordered over a thousand pieces for $160-something total. That's been my only order to date, but yeah, it can get addictive, quick.

Thanks for the warning. I figure it has got to be cheaper than GW games though.

How are the rules for The Dresden Files? I love the books.

That nelspot never needs lube, shoots 2,000 ball per second, never needs reloaded, doesn't require an air source and when the paintball hits somebody the result is the same as if Chuck Norris round house kicked them.
He nick named the gun Reggie.

Me too. Any of the DMs who have posted here that have any good tips for running games?

I use GameMaster Initiative board for running combat encounters. Makes keeping track of initiative and enemy hit points really easy.
