Just got my lever action...
and it is now my favourite go to gun. Took it out to the field moments after picking it up from the post office. It was raining and 33 degrees fahrenheit but I still managed to get 20 shots above 250.
The action is much smoother than I anticipated and it is extremely easy to cock.
I'm not sure what happened with lechooch's build but I definitely do not have any problems with this gun.
The feed plug did fall out once today but that's an easy fix. I might try to get chplnstone to make me one of his feed system.
The stock finish, butt plate, brush stainless, and the LEVER... oh man, this gun is beautiful. I'm in love with this thing!
Thanks Rick, you da MAN!

Hm, I think I asked for mine to be BADASS like yours lol, it was a little bit longer than yours if I remember correctly, like maybe 1" longer, ball capacity is only 13 instead of 15, fast changer and instapierce as well. There is a "dropout slot", but not for use of loading 12-grams, it just for maintenance of the piercing pin if it needs to be worked on, you wouldn't see the cutout anyways unless you took the body off the stock.
