All great suggestions, thank you! I think I'm going to go for the Joyride. Does it work ok if you have a spare tire?

Should be fine, it seems to get along fine with my keg

I've got the regular size, whatever it is, and there's plenty of room left in mine. I'm a 39 waste, and I do try to wear it lower so that it stays around my tailbone, but it fits around my fluffy section with room to spare, too!

hopefully in a few more weeks I might have something for hauling my Gargy =) its a work in process!

in all seriousness the modified 007 style rig that Matteekay and Festa and a few others have been using is crazy nice - I think PBMafia is a bit backed up but you could inquire with him if interested - having a dump pouch nested in the rig was genius per genius... =)

An update on my own Gargoyle hauling. I had a spare laptop bag since I downsized my actual laptop bag to a messenger. It was a nice Swiss Army (or whatever) bag I grabbed at Sams a while back with three separate large compartments. It successfully holds both my Gargoyle and my Thumper in two of those, fully assembled. Then my tool kit, Joyride, mask bag, velocity adjuster, and my plastic box of around 30 twelvies in the front. With a little effort I can get a change of clothes and a towel in there.

Success!

I have this laptop bag [not traveling anymore so does not get used often anymore] that I've been eying lately to use for a lightweight basic equipment bag for paintball. The back compartment fully unzips and is already padded and will easily hold my Pyre with barrels. The other compartments hold a surprising amount and would easily handle what I need to support taking just my Pyre for an outing. (sometimes my Mega Bodybag is just too much equipment to haul around)

It was the backpack flavor. Keeping in mind my Gargoyle has an 8" barrel and my Thumper a 10" barrel. I have to stretch it just a bit to zip it, but I don't have to force it, really. Used that to take it to the field a week ago and it was fine.

I remember seeing a really cool red and black bag in a thread on here some time ago, from a company that I can't remember.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks!

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.
