In RED DAWN, an American city awakens to the surreal sight of foreign paratroopers dropping from the sky - shockingly, the U.S. has been invaded and their hometown is the initial target.

Quickly and without warning, the citizens find themselves prisoners and their town under enemy occupation. Determined to fight back, a group of young patriots seek refuge in the surrounding woods, training and reorganizing themselves into a guerilla group of fighters.

Taking inspiration from their high school mascot, they call themselves the Wolverines, banding together to protect one another, liberate their town from its captors, and take back their freedom.

The Finale is always fun. Insane numbers that average over 1500 easy. Lots of fun off the field.

Not to mention that Wayne Dollack was the first professional scenario producer in the word, and the originator of the genre. If you play scenario paintball, and love it, you owe him a debt of gratitude...or at least a quick "thank you."

Wayne is not a young man, and will be retiring sometime in the near future. You don't want to be one of those unfortunate players who has to say "I don't know...I never made it to a Dollack game." now do you?

I'll be there again this year. I'm going to play every Grand Finale I can before they're gone.

Just make sure the final battle does not get out of control like it did last year.

I'm not sure how that goes down, I am sure I can request a side and see what happens. We have plenty of time to figure that out.

The final battle always gets a little squirrely.

A good ref staff on the ball with the appropriate player/ref ratio should go a long way towards alleviating that.
