Couldn't play because of my Knee surgery last month.
Brought down about 15 Norwich guys for the German side though.

I stopped into the table in the morning to buy 3 tickets. After that because of how slippery it was and not wanting to mess my knee up, I stayed at Brady's table and tried to convince people to buy chainmaille.

I wanted to play, it sucked not playing and I might have been able to get away with it if I had been careful but I'm 2 months into a 6 month rehab so it just isn't worth the risk of having to start over at square one. I know my guys had a great time at the event and a few of us bought tickets for the T2.

So I had an absolute blast playing this one. I didn't hook up with anyone for any length of time but everyone seemed nice enough to let me tag along for a bit. I only saw 2 instances of yelling but no fisticuffs. It seemed like we were going to get owned right off but then it swung to our favor and we pushed pretty far up field. All of a sudden it seemed I was alone and eliminated. As I walked off there were many many russians and I was glad I was shot when I was. After a short break and reinsertion (the German XO was awesoe at herding the germans back onto the field) I ended up holding a ridge for a good 10 minutes alone. I shot 2 pods and a hopper and loved the adrenaline rush . So Hogan's Alley guys ended up with me and we pushed all the way to the Russian re-insertion point, man was it fun those Hogan's guys were giggling like school girls the whole time .

Anyway I had a great time (other then the massively sore muscle I have from teh deep snow) and the new to me sniper shot very well. The paint was not the best but I bought the low end stuff (used a .679 insert) but it work enough to shoot alot of people. I will be back in the summertime.

The only downside is I got there early enough to set my chainmail booth up in a very nice spot, but they ended up parking an RV and 2 rows of truck in front of me . I will have to do better next time.

No problem. I gotta get a pic of that leash on the gun and get it up for you. I might have you shorten it up a little when I see you next though.
