He is the listed General so in that sense yes but will he take charge really? My experience with celeb Generals the usually delegate real control to an expereinced Scenario/Big Game XO and concentrate on photo-ops . Who knows Mike might be up for it I do not know him you never know. I've seen some neophyte generals do a great job there first time out too.

I have an idea who the XO will be now that this challenge is official but we'll have to wait for the official announcement. Thank God it will not be me , "I've been there done that and have the stupid T-shirt to prove it".

Yeah, I have taken a year off from commanding / responsibility as well.

I am just not really fond of all these celeb generals taking all the press from deserving long time scenario people. To me it is just a marketing thing to bring agglets into the scene because tourneys are dieing off.

I'll do my best to get the Florida teams with you.

I take it tanks are allowed, means I should probably PM dead by dawn and see if we cant bring at least one of ours.

There actually a little confusion over the generals right now. I've asked for clarification from one of the promoters so the generals might be reversed in the first post. I'll update the post/thread when I get confirmation.

That does make a bit more sense, and is what prompted my initial statements.

The generals did change along with the color PBJunkies are under Tim & Todd Coulter (TechT) and BLUE. The "OTHER" team is under Mike Paxson (Ironmen) and red.

I have now been informed that Peanut Butter Nation has backed out [aka been scared away] but this has not been completely confirmed. More news as it developes.

the PBN staff is supposed to be going to Castle at EMR, probably part of the new marketing deal between them.

There is nothing in this world of paintball like a Mout game. For those rec ballers out there that have dreamed of playing in a city, real city, on rooftops, clearing buildings, etc., this is the one event you do not want to miss. If you have the chance to come, you will not be disappointed, just wish PBN would have stepped up.
