Trinity,
Yes, we're looking both for owners of magazine fed markers
which can launch FS rounds, as well as teams comprised of
a shooter and a spotter/security guard. We're shooting for 16
teams, so things are pretty much wide open when it comes
to selecting which uint you'd like to run with.

Here's my contact details if you have more questions.
I'm availiable pretty much any time between 8am-8pm.

Spectre545,
What, do you mean the use of FS rounds, yes that's been
approved already. Check the D-Day Forum, or with ED if
you've got any questions. Our (smurfs) only question is
how are they planning to deal with the fact thay FS only
comes in two colors. What color are they going to make
us use for snipers? It's be nice if they came out with a
sniper only color, but I don't see that happening.

Sincerely,

Andy

Well the technicality is that while they & their insurance will allow it, a deal has not yet been worked out with Tiberius for supplying them. Since it is event-paint only, unless they specifically decide to allow people to bring in their own FS rounds, you can't actually say they can be used ATM.

From what I understand Valken is a dealer for FS rounds,
so I'm not sure why Tiberius would even need to be there,
not that they haven't been there before. Guess Ed and
Tyler or Eric his sales manager will need to hash out
those details. I do know Ed has said in the past that
they wanted FS rounds to be allowed as well. Couple
that with the fact that 3 other major vendors who
support D-Day, that's DYE, Kingman and RAP-4 are'
all introducing mag fed, FS capable markers and you
have to ask what else they'd need?

Sincerely,

Dorsal,

Jjron and I will be working together as a sniper/spotter team at Supergame in Oregon in May. I will check with him as to his availability and get back to you.

Trinity,
Really appreciate you getting back with me. between now
and May if either of you bave any questions, please don't
hesitate letting me know.

One question for you, do you use both a scope and a camera,
or just the camer by itself? Typing to understand how you
set that up so I can pass it all along to the rest of my people.

Sincerely,

Andy V.

Dorsai,

We both use scopes with HHA optimizers for precision long-range shooting. Jjron has a video set-up that shoots video through his scope. We only operate as snipers and we come with all the toys. Good quality VHF radios, headsets, and laser range finders. I use a bolt action CCM SR1. He uses a first-strike-modified ATS AT85.

I should be able to give you a definite answer pretty soon.

I'm a big fan of the videos Jjron has put out (makes me miss my ATS even more as well..)! He also got me onto the FS facebook page as well! Are you guys already decided on which side you'd like to join for DDay?

I understand one of them can make it, but he's waiting
to see if his buddy can make it as well. As soon as he
finds out expect an answer. I've also heard again from
Ed Covy regards availability of FS rounds and he says
it's all been worked out. Still haven't heard if Tiberius
arms is going to be there, or not.

899th Blackcats

Looking for some excitment this summer and by that I
don't mean seeing who can throw the longest rope, but
rather who has the nerve to stand your ground agains
the might of the German Armor Corps? If so then
the 899th Blackcat Tank Destroyers Battalion is the
unit you need to look into. Come and join them for
what promises to be another great Oklahoma D-Day!
