Technically yes.

Those the term "Gaelic" is usually used to refer to Scottish Gaelic. The irish use the term "Irish", as a bit of nationalism, and to distinguish from Scottish Gaelic, and Welsh. Scotch is a seperate language, and not Gaelic.

"Cashel" is the anglicised version of "Caseil". The original irish had fewer letters, so most modern names have been revised with modern english alpha semantics.
