| MCB Member Join Date: Jun 2006 | Thinking about building a tank Ok guys Im thinking about making a tank. Im considering using a gas golf cart or a utv for the base. The only thing is I cant seem to find anything at a decent price. Any suggestions or links on where I can find some decent prices. |

Then again.....sunstar does have that mobile ems unit with tracks just sitting in the service bay...Hmmm Also there was one on park street by tyrone mall for sale. I saw while doing a board run yesterday.

With all that is going on they are going to be harder to find than usual, people are trying to stay away from gas powered vehicles.

| Team On Target  Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Central Florida | Well at least you chose to build off an golf cart/atv base....I've been waiting for the Insurance companies statrt to frown on the heavy car/truck tanks. Seems that some of the fields are only letting golf cart/atv style tanks on the field... I was considering one of those cheap china built atvs and redoing the frame and making a wider and longer wheel base. Use alot of fans to duct the heat out of the engine area.... Good luck in finding deals...
