Something like a Mac-43 would work I believe. Just need to mechanically activate it.
But as long as you have the correct valve it should be fine.

Why not just tap the top of a standard 12 gram changer with a 1/8 NPT thread? Then you wouldn't need the ASA. You could always possibly drill a hole in the frame (not that familiar with phantoms)...
