Acutally that noise is due to the corse machining on the underside of the body and the top of the trigger frame where the bottom of the bearings ride. Sanding it down it 1000 grit removed that...

i think the frames are wider than the t rail as well, you would probibly have to mill down the bottom 1/4" of the frame, then mill the slots, also the pops is an inverted t rail im pretty sure.
