I have both barrels and I defineatly prefer the J&J. It shoots a better ball and is quite a bit quieter. With a little looking you should be able to find both barrels for cheaper. Smart Parts also...

I have a Maverick with an adjustable bolt and it is not very effective. I just use a spring kit to change velocites and I can dial it in fairly easy with that.
