Thanks for the reply. The sample piece i cut was able to thread in. It was cut at 4 leads 14 TPI. So i set it to 3.5 TPI mod my chuck mount so i can rotated it 90 degrees to cut the other leads....

Gluing cf to alum

Wanting to glue a blazer stiffi barrel to an aluminum thread back to make it a freak tip. Would regular 5 min. Epoxy work or does it require a special glue.

Thats usually where they break because of the threads I think. Thats why the 2k blazer have the longer pin and slot in the body to keep the bolt from flying away.
