i would think that as long as you can get it to under 36mm long yes, otherwise the trigger sticks out and looks stupid. i've used the stock brass ones and a chrome one and they have all worked.

i don't believe it would work because when the bolt is forward there is nothing to stop the airflow from the back port/donut, hence using the 2 tail oring bolt.
