I don't know what CCM calls them, but I know them as the teardrop. It is the part that goes between the main guide rod and the body and holds the secondary guide rod. A S6/6.5 or T2 won't have one...

I have a few of the factory spacers you can have and add to your pump handle. It allows the same spring rate, but the extra length allows more pretension, thus holding the pump handle forward better.

You can put any Cocker sear on it you want. CCM triggers already have a roller bearing on them at the sear point, so a roller sear isn't really an upgrade on them. But any standard sear will work.
