Is there any place to download the basic owners guide for a PGP? We tried googling several different things but with no luck.

Edit: And on a second thought, is our pump handle supposed to be jiggling, as we cannot get it to stop.

And on a second thought, is our pump handle supposed to be jiggling, as we cannot get it to stop.

What do you mean by jiggling? There is play between the pump handle & the body maybe a millimeter or two that's normal. The only other place for jiggling I can think of is if the pump-rod is coming unscrewed from the pump handle or is loose in the bolt (it should be held fast in the bolt by a grub screw).

Well, if you hold the marker and grab the pump handle like you were going to pump it you can move your hand back and forth sideways a bit (Not in the direction you're supposed to pull it). If you hold the handle down nothing moves, the handle or the rod (Note the rod wasn't moving to begin with)
