pgp leak

i put the 12 gram in, and it held the air, but then after the first shot it started leaking from the front grip frame screw, then i cocked it and took a second shot and the leaking stoped, and tried to cock it and take another shot but by that time the 12 gram was empty

what can i do to fix it?

it needs a new 12 gram face seal. you'll need a valve tool to take it apart too.

yep.

you might as well buy a complete seal kit. you'll need it after taking the valve out. most likely the other seals will be damaged from pulling the valve.

If it has an old style valve you will need the tool. If it's a cartridge valve no special tool is needed.

that's a good sign that it's an old style, but check to make sure.

to check, take the rear grip frame screw out and remove the rear cap, hammer spring, and hammer. then look into the back of the gun and see if it has a square nut holding the valve in. if there is, it's an old style, if it doesn't have a square it's a cartridge valve.

cool. you'll need the valve tool for sure then.

this place lists the tool for $12.95. they might have the seals too.
