Mythical Beast Captured.

Not mine. Its podup365.com's. The previously thought mythical "KP Long" known only from a photo seen on mcarterbrown.com.

Care to elaborate? I only see one feed tube. Are you confusing the front site for another feed tube, or do you see see something I don't?

I believe you are seeing the light reflection of off the front sight Azzy. I thought the same myself until I saw podup365's marker. It has the blade type sights seen on some pellet rifles. I've sent Podup365 a PM asking for more details on this very intriguing marker.

Worth noting. I asked Podup365 if that is him or someone he knows in the pic. The marker in this older pic has a long pump. Podup's has the short, knurled pump. The interesting suggestion is that there is more than one of these out there.

Im proposing that while similar, these are 2 different guns.

Green = feed tube
Blue = barrel
pink = CO2
white = where the sight would be on a better contrasted picture, going off of where the sight is on the known gun.

I really think what your calling the second feed tube is the front site. The angle of the "shaft" coming off it doesn't match the rest of the gun.If it was a feed tube, the line would continue parralel to the barrel. And if it was another feed tube, you wouldn't even see it in that picture unless it was not symetrically designed( and I'm really not sure how you would fit it other than symetrically to the other side of the gun).

Whether they are the same gun or not, that will still require more info to determine.

The owner (a MCB member BTW) is holding the gun and is not podup365. I've fondled this baby and it is mint as can be. You have to sweet talk him into pulling it out of the glass case.

Azzy - both guns pictured are the same.

So the color pics in the link with the short knurled pump and the posted black and white pic with the long ribbed pump are in fact the same gun? Not questioning your authority, just clarifying for my own brain-deadedness.

Yes. It's not too hard to change out a pump. The one in the black & white photo looks like it might be an aftermarket Mac 1 pump.

The owner has an incredible collection and is a shameless horder too.

I remember it all being on MCB once, but forgot the details (like most things, it got phased out by equally interesting and usless info )
