Questions about running my KP3 on HPA

I just purchased a KP3 and want to run a HPA tank under it in the stock bracket location. But first, I have some questions:

1) Does anyone have pictures of both a 13ci and 22ci tanks mounted under a KP3? I'm on the fence about which to get. I want to make sure the tank fits inside the stock cradle rings. I'm leaning towards the 22ci because of the extra shot capacity.

2) What output pressure should I use? The KP3 I'm getting is PPS tuned and has a RVA (so I don't need an adjustable reg to change the velocity). I'm assuming a high pressure output preset reg would be the way to go, just want to make sure.

3) Does anyone here have any brand recommendations? I've been checking out the Guerrilla and Ninja tanks, but I want to see what else is out there.

Thanks,

-Steve

I use a ninja valve 22/3000 with 800psi output. I have a female stab plus PPS performance tune. For the most velocity adjustment. Reg for course and RVA for fine adjustment. The 22/3000 looks better in the tank bracket.

Cool man, good info. Do you have any issues shooting around 285fps? Did you have to do any respringing?

Actually I am able to achieve 300 with .686 paint. But usually around 275-285 with .682-.684 paint. I have wedgits also on my stock .690 barrel also.

Good info. Anyone tried one of these (the 22ci one at the bottom):

Tanks- CO2 & HPA | O'Dells Paintball

Any info on this reg? Anybody know what the preset output is? I emailed them, but haven't got a response back yet.

Does anyone know of any other online retailer that stocks this odd sized tanks (22 ci)?

I believe myth regs are around 650psi.

I messaged O'dell's about their 22ci tank's output pressure and never got a response...

I found another dealer online that has them with a preset 1,000psi output. Is this too much? Will it damage any of the internal components?

How about just get one of the tank alone and then put a ninja reg on it?

I did some research last night an I'm actually going to go that route. I'm going to get one of their 22ci tanks and then mate it up with a Myth reg preset at 800psi. All in all, the cost will be about the same and I really like the stubby look of the Myth.

Thanks for the info Steve. I can't wait to get it from you. I already have a brushed aluminum, 22c1 tank and I just ordered a ninja reg for it. I will use the C02 tank when that is all that is available.
