So crosman makes a nice cheap stock (1399) for their 1377 (and others) pellet gun. Its close enough fit to autococker/sheridan frames to make it work with slight mods from what I have read. But what if you just put the frame from the pellet gun onto the sheridan? then the stock would fit perfect. Does anyone have both that could check, or some similar crosman pellet gun? does anyone know weather this would work? Here are some detailed pics of a similar pellet gun. I know from looking at them that the mounting holes are off, you would have to at least drill one new one to get it to attach. Beyond that, you may have to swap trigger frame guts, which might require some modification there, too. However, modding a crosman stock to fit a sheridan frame is simple enough. Im using one on my project. |

They fit with a little dremel work. You need a frame insert (block of wood or acrylic will do), a bolt, and some sort of threaded spacer for best effect. Also works with the nice $100+ wood stocks.
