Your mainspring may be worn out, leading to un-pierced 12grams. Does it put any sort of nick at all on a 12ie?

Does the pgp have an RVA? If you turn that in more it increases the distance the pin travels to pierce it. If that still doesn't help you may need a new spring.

weak main spring? do you have an RVA? if so crank it up. valve spring too strong? something in the valve? stopping it from piercing? (doubt it)

Did you replace the 12g face seal? maybe its too thick? IDK, thats a complete guess.

the seal isn't the problem. sniper42 got it...it's a springing issue. I would start with your main spring. If you don't have a RVA...shim the spring a bit and see if that doesn't help. could be a vale spring, but more than likely your hammer's not dropping hard enough....which is a main spring issue.

The problem is the RVA assembly was turned in too far. I'll fix it when I get it.
