How hard is this. I know it has been done. I know you have to drill and tap for (i think) 1/4 in npt. Any instructions or help? I'm picking up a drill press in a week or two, so tapping shouldn't be a problem. |

Drill and tap for 1/8" pipe thread. Drill size is "Q" Easy enough to do. Remove the hard line and banjo bolt, use the current hole as a guide. I reccomend removing the valve before drilling. Brass drills differently than aluminum or steel. Go slowly. I did mine free hand but then again, I'm a legend in my own mind.

Thanks for the info. I actually just got some parts from pps to do it, and it fits my build better anyways. Eventually this info will come in handy anyways. |
