Okay...I definitely did something wrong...

Okay I definitely did something wrong, but it's one of those simple things that I can't solve for my dear life at the moment. This is a pirahna LB that I'm talking about...

I took out my bolt out and did the nail polish detent (I made sure that it was WAYYY pass the bolt so there's no way it could be the problem). When I put my bolt back in and tried to cock it, it will cock but the bolt won't go all the way forward like it usually does after you cock it. I've taken the gun apart, reassembled it and even removed the nail polish to make sure that it would be okay, but somehow, I'm still doing something wrong, same problem.

I've looked at the PGPOG diagram and my bolt seems to be the culprit but I can't figure out why.

Pictures can be taken if necessary.

Thanks guys!

Are you sure the bolt isn't stuck behind the hammer?
If you let the pin go down before the bolt was ll the way fwd it will drop down behind the hammer & hit the back of the hammer when you try & push it fwd.

Ive been looking at it, the gun cocks back as normal but for some reason, the bolt pin won't go pass the hammer after it cocks, it just gets stuck at the space. I made sure that it looked exactly like the diagram when assembled.

Ehh, I guess I'll just bring it to the pump day thing tommorrow and hope someone has an LB I can look at haha.

EDIT: I know what you meant Surestick but it's all the way forward

Can you post a photo of the pin/hammer area?

Is your bolt pin the type that can screw up and down? If so, try screwing it in further.

EDIT: Actually, I forgot to mention it, while I was trying to fix it, the pin actually FLEW OUT while the setscrew was still in it, I reassembled it and the pin seems okay now, but I still have this weird problem...hopefully the pictures can help

The first picture of of it in normal position

This second one and the third one shows how its stuck

your pin is out too far and contacting the front of the hammer.

Before you turn the bolt in place make sure the hammer is fully seated against the valve,
;ie with the spring, and back plug in place, then turn the bolt so the bolt pin contacts the top portion of the hammer, it should catch on the ledge on the backside of the hammer.

That wouldn't stop the bolt moving forward though.

Okay I just got back and tried that, but the pin lengthwise is not adjustable, it's pretty much composed of the pin, the spring to make the pin springy and the setscrew to keep the pin from flying out, did I lose a part when the pin flew out of the bolt?

In response to surestick, the gun cocks back perfectly fine, but indeed it does seem like the pin is somehow too long and prevents the bolt from moving forward completely do to the front of the hammer.

EDIT: Okay, I think currently, the bolt is the culprit, because I'm just fiddling around with it, and the pin on the bolt flew out again (the setscrew to keep the spring and bolt pin is still in place. So I'm guessing if what Angelpena says is correct, the hole where the pin is set is so worn out and open that it sticks out too much and therefore, IT'S TIME FOR A TRIP TO PPS! (Or a new bolt )

EDIT2: Case closed, it's the bolt, and the pin flew off to Neverland Ranch or something, I have no idea where it went. Thanks for all your help guys!
