wow, i've made alot of these threads...

so can someone place give me a detailed account of how to thread a PGP for a removable barrel?

thnks to MCBers for all the help theyve given me so far

What tools do you have. It requires a larger barrel if I remember correctly.

So gonna need new barrel stock, the machinery and custom setup to freak bore anything (ask ssc)

Your gonna have to be comfortable making threads on a lathe.

It would be awesome if someone would sell a "body blank" for Sheridans that could be torched on at home. Add slots for the bolt movement, transfer port, and drill the feed port where the customer needs it.

Contact Paintballer50505, he's currently boring out my PGP barrel tube for Freak inserts, and threading the tip of it for a small removable peice of barrel to keep the insert in. I'm sure he can help with this.

Super_Stanchy did the boring and slotting of a piece of brass/delrin insert (to size it right for a stock bolt) for about $30+ materials, so it wasn't very expensive to go that way.
