PPS Speed Gate Spring

Howdy folks!

My newly recombobulated PGP has a speed feed and the release seems pretty loose. I was wondering if anyone's found a stronger spring to put in the lever? Or some other crafty mod to tighten it up?

Thanks!
- Matt

Yeah that's how they are that's why I like mine the spring is nice and heavy. The pps one alllows you to dump the balls in without touching the lever that's why it's so lite.

Bacci has some different style ones that use a knob maybe that's what you want. Unfortunately still jacked up.

Hey Matt does your lever get stuck in the open position too? If so, I have the same problem with mine as well. I would also like to have a bit stronger spring.

Not sure if it gets stuck - it's just very weak. I'm ok with having to thumb it open if it guarantees it stays shut... maybe a hopper lid spring?

You can sometimes rotate the latch and tighten it down to keep it from sticking wildgoat.

I am in a love hate relationship with my palmers feed. I like that you can just tip the marker forward to load, but when you run into a bunker and all of your paintballs come rolling out the back from accidentally touching the latch, it sucks. Maybe try winding the spring one more time around?

That's the issue I had with mine Tim I'd loose half of my paint by accidentally bumping the lever
