They both hold air without any issues.

Why the hell would you strip and clean them? If they hold air just fine, don't strip them! That finish is in AMAZING condition! Go out, and pwn some people with them! I learned that the easy way!

Sorry guys I meant take them apart and clean them.
I notice some old paint residue in the bolt/barrel tube and trigger frame.

Hah, yeah...usually the first Sheridan people grab, they want to strip it down to brass right away. Problem is you have to maintain it forever more afterwards unless you want it to turn brown rather than gold.
