Faast Changer question

I was looking at getting a quick change knob for a PMI-1 but the only one I could find was the fast change knob on palmer's site. It's listed as a PGP fast change knob...I was just wondering if this will work with the PMI-1 or if it's a different threading.

Its the same threading and all that it just doesn't come with the rod. You'll just have to take the plunger rod thing from your stock changer and add in to the faast changer.

I hope that made sense, i'm having a bad day with words..

^ this will work...however I found that the plunger rod was about 1/4-1/2" too long? It would still work, and it would still hold in a 12g but the fast changer could not screw in ALL the way...

Thanks for the help guys. I'll have to give it a shot. I was also considering rigging a vertical air setup with a CCI dropout changer.
