I just ran across an abused/forgotten First Gen PGP.
It came with a barrel extension and a speed feed "The Loader" made by M&M Manufacturing.
Pics incoming once I clean it up.

Interested in seeing it. While I believe they exist I could be wrong about some of the early PGPs having a small bolt but no BB holes. They might have just used a bolt that had a bigger OD but looked like the early PGP bolts. The gun Sneaky Sir is selling right now is a good example.

So one thing I picked up on with the factory PG Converts. Both the one snaparen has and the one in the pic thread have PMI markings on the left side but no Sheridan markings at all. I suspect the pump was added and the guns were stamped before they were sent out.

Also.... someone HAS to have a pic of a ribbed pump handle PGP! Still also wondering if there was a cart valve gun at all before the plastic pump handle ones. It's quite possible that the removal of the rear site, the cheap plastic pump handle, the Bloomfield NY markings and the cart valve were all changes to that single "final" PGP prior to the PGP2.

So, any idea where this one would fit in? It has no rear sight, a non-cart valve and a plastic pump handle. Also made in Bloomfield N.Y.

Thanks Deuce, needed that one!

Markermasher, it's up there in the first post. It's the one I called the "Fifth revision" (which means nothing really) but would be the final model prior to the PGP 2.

except that this one has a non-cart valve and only says "P-SERIES" on the lower tube.
i guess its a 3.5th revision?

Unfortunatly I don't remember the stamped info or who I sold it to off the top of my head*. IIRC though it was a non-cart valve and that's an aluminum pump handle.

*Actually, it looks like I traded it to Longbeard awhile back. Maybe he can chime in.

Oh, I didn't catch the non-cart. Yep, that's another. I'll edit that in as a "4th revision". I suspect that there wasn't actually a cart valve model prior to the one I have as "Fifth revision". Maybe someone will prove different.
