KP2 leaking out of bottom tube

Can't figure out why it won't seal. Just replaced all orings and the 12gram face seal, but when I shoot and pierce it leaks out of the bottom tube. I also tried a couple different face seals, put in a new valve spring, and put a couple washers on the 12ie plunger rod to make sure it should be sealing tight.

So I have no idea what else to try, suggestions?

Could you have a piece of old o-ring stuck in the bottom tube?

I'll check, but I don't think so. I think all of the old orings came out with the guts when I pulled them out.

a bad o-ring on the face plug,

can cause it to leak in the lower tube, much like when the 12g seal is bad.

If there is a piece of debris in the lower tube or a burr(from knocking the valve out)where the plug seats, it can cause problems with this o-ring.

I should have asked, when you say leaking from the bottom tube in it leaking out of the front or the back?
Although if it was leaking out the back you should hear it down the barrel as well.

Leaking out the front, around the 12ie changer cap.

Your going to have to open it up again(that's always the part I hate) and look at that o-ring and down the tube with a light and see if everything is good. That plug and where it seats are key to this problem. The plug holds the only 2 seals that can cause this kind of leak.

There we go, I replaced both orings with another set that I had and now it's sealed up. One of the orings from the first rebuild kit I tried must have had a knick in it or something.

Thanks for the help once again guys, guess I should have tried that before I posted. I just assumed that they would be fine since they were brand new.
