Somehow, it just keeps getting better and better! Walz, you are the man!
I can't wait to see how the Redstripe shaped pump handle turns out. I looked all over Negril for a hand carved wooden Redstripe bottle that would work as a pump hand but could not find one the right size. I brought back a piece of bamboo for a pump handle, but the lack of humidity in CO. makes the bamboo as fragile as glass. I found out the hard way that dry bamboo splinters really easily. And is hard to get out of your skin.
Take your time and work that brass magic, Mr.Wally.

Added a site rail in black with black rings housing
a two piece dual purpose brass/rasta ghost ring site.
Front Rasta section quickly removes with thumb
screw for those times when you need it removed fast.
Also made a wood pump grip to match stock
(not a bottle but it looks good and feels nice in your hands).
I am going to put the redstripe beer logo
on the tank (looks sorta like a beer bottle)
Almost completed....

I love it more and more every time I see it. I own way too many markers, lots of sweet custom jobs that I have picked up over the years. Palmer's, Punisher/Brad Nestle's, Noxx55's, Airhog's,Engler's, and more are in my collection, but I have always bought custom guns from other people. This is the first custom marker that I have ever had built for me, by someone that knows me. I could not be happier with the end result!
It all started with a beater kp I bought here that the owner had spilled oil on a raw stock and left a deep stain. I took the stock with me to Jamaica a couple of years back and had a local beach carver go wild on it. I played with it for a while until Walz came out this way for a fishing trip this summer. I talked Walz into coming out for one of our DMS scenario games, ( WWZ) and got to hang out with Wally and his wife for the weekend. I made some new friends that weekend and I'm looking forward to next year's trip out this way. I plan on getting in on some of the fishing this time and even stopping by to say hi when I'm out his way next summer.
At the game, I gave Walz my aussie k2 ( no big mods, just wanted it to work on 12 grams), my jamaican kp ( I told him to do it up rasta style!) and a request for a special build project. I owe him huge for making the k2 work and his work on the rasta project, I can't wait to see how my special project turns out.

I love how ridiculous it is.

Spyder! When I read your post I just about died laughing.

Thanks Hooli - Will have to try it out when we get together next year.
It was a fun project for me and hope you have a good time with her.

matte - Well, I haven't made a holster for it so I am not sure how she draws.
And yea, its a bit over the top (even though it done in toned down muted colors and a low profile demeaner) But thats the Rasta way Baby...

Walz-lion! FTW
the story behind the stock makes it great, despite any aesthetic short comings. The black barrel tip sticks out to me, but at the same time it matches the feed tube cap.

In the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway.
