Do you have a dremel, drill press or a mill? Any of those are beneficial to have.

This show's the placement of the tubes as the top 2 tubes being the barrel tubes. Bottem is the valve tubing. Tymcneer made this diagram

got a dremel and a drillpress thats how i didt the bolt action cocker

iknow i wasnt specific on what info i needed i think i allready ficured it out with the info you guys gave me

just plug the airhole and make 2 new ones that go into the barels
you drill them from the bottom up and make sure you dont fill them up when you solder de barrels to the lower tube

one question do : isnt it easiar to first solder the barrels on de lower tube and then drill de air holes ?

My method is to machine all the parts. Dry fit them, then jig them together. Finally I solder them.

Of course my situation is different than yours...

ChplnStone! THis is a question for you.

thanks ty typically with single barrels i drill first, then solder, for doubles i tend to do it after the fact to make sure the holes are fully soldered up... obviously, i 'thicken' the solder right where the transfer holes will be, and start with a smaller pilot hole before drilling to full size

My second double barrel build was a HORRIBLE fail... my patch jobs sucked, my dremel broke, my torch ran out of propane. Everything went wrong with the project and had to give up. I KNOW people here know the feeling of everything going wrong

Nope... I just destroy $5 cutters, have CNC parts fail, and overheat things when I silver solder... Never had any of those things occur during a build
