All Palmers doubles are scratch builds. Something about it works out better with the required air volume.

What do you want to know?
I can help out any time.
But WALZ would be a better source for info since hes made more Double barrels.

1. Faster Route: you could go the route of buying 1 kp and barrel tubing from Tymcneer to make the second barrel and just milling from there. This is a little quicker but you would still need to patch holes which can be a pain.

2. Cleanest route but more difficult: You buy valve and barrel tubing from Tymcneer and and go from scratch. This gives the ability to use a cartridge valve which is alot more modifiable in my option. Then once you get all the milling done you can buy the other parts. Also makes the whole gun CLEAN. If you go this rute you need to measure 5 times before any cuts because a error could mess up alot...

Or I could sell you a Nasty Typhoon and you could drop it into a stock. Just thought I would add that. :)

no problems using an existing marker, just gotta have an idea of what you're doing. k-series is the best platform for double barrels with the longer hammer travel and weight, makes the needed increased dwell time easier. strip it down, sweat it apart, heat up the core and rotate it to seal the old transfer hole location, resolder it, then mill a wider cocking slot. i've done a couple using bluestreak valve tubes and one out of a pgp, k-series is definitely more user friendly

double automated bluestreak build in-progress pic, can see the new transfer holes drilled after-the-fact from underneath then filled using 1/4-28 grub screws, palmers style:

I can also sell you a fully machined valve tube, barrel tubes and feed tubes to your specifications, and then you can solder it up yourself.
