How do I get the Ball bearing out of my stock bolt?

Just like the title says. I just received my PMI-I from PPS and was told that taking the ball bearing out of the bolt would make the pump action smoother. So how do I get these little suckers out of there?

Thanks,
Parker

Take the pump arm off the back of the bolt, twist the bolt clockwise (from behind) and push the pin in with a screwdriver or something. Carefully pull the bolt out and watch when the bearings are nearly out, they'll spring out. Just let them drop out or get one out and carefully poke the other one out. Voila. Done.

Also if you are looking for a smoother pump stroke. You can remove the BBs and then either clip the spring in between them or get a lighter on. Then you put the BBs back in but they arent as strong.

This is exactly what I did on one of mine to make it perfect.
