Worked on this one a bit more and instead of using a
modified stock pistol group I just drilled out the bottom of
the rva and notched it for a long single lobe trigger,
added pin and spring. Works good and is super simple.
I also made the stock and the foregrip and cleared it out for the
trigger assembly.
Still a lot to go but she's shaping up...
The front tube is going to store the first strike rounds I'm thinking.

Here are some pics of it so far...

Paintball is my hobby . . . not a job . . . if it is to be a means to an end then that end is my happiness. The fun of the action, the silliness of play, the camaraderie of friends.

Yes, I have to admit I made the stock, used a piece of claro walnut I just bought. (three days work and the wife loves it, said its my best one so far but she has said that about the last four or five builds I have done - I love her ).
Trying to make it look like a mares leg carbine stock and I think
after I get the brass work complete and the faux lever done it is going to be close.
This was requested to be a bolt action (someday I will do levers).
I am now working on the sliding breach cover/bolt arrangement ...
