if you really need a springfeed, do a 'pull string' style springfeed. pick up another front ammo tube cap and drill a hole in the middle of it, thread a string through it, the springfeed spring, and attach to directly to the follower, eliminating the need for a slot in the ammo tube (though it makes a string to keep track of when loaded). i agree with everyone, keep the kp, you'd eventually regret selling it despite the recent drop in brass prices (another good reason to keep it).
if you really just want to get rid of the p68sc, i'd happily stand in line (with the understanding it'll likely go under the torch for a replacement ammo tube)...

Happy new year. About to send the KP2 to palmers for Widgets and a feed tube cap. The P68 is sold pending funds. I'm going to start working on the stock. Does anyone have any recommendations on finishing kits? I was thinking of puchasing the following,
Amazon.com: Miles Gilbert Stock Refinishing Kit: Sports & Outdoors
Now to start looking for a field to try this guy out in a month or so when its all done. Thanks for everyone's help.
Edit: I'm in the SF bay area
