Maybe you should seriously talk about doing a third party escrow service. Say Palmers. They'll do that for you. Tell him you'll just pick up the tab on the escrow fees so no worries.

See what he does.

Just tell him you got burned badly before on a deal and like doing escrow now...
Or something on those lines.

I have all the information at home, but to get his home number call information for Miami Florida and ask for a listing for Linda Boyd. It will come up as L. Boyd. He still lives with his mom.

I'm outside of Tampa, if I were closer I'd drive down their to meet this boy. It seems like everyone has all of his info already. But I'll look into a third party trade just to see what he does.

I hope this works out of all of us. I really don't care about the guns at this point, just seeing my brothers here getting justice.
